Abstract:Objective In order to solve the problems of traditional endoscopic system, such as large volume, unable to show tiny
lesions and high failure rate, it is necessary to apply 4K integrated intelligent endoscopic system in operating room. Methods Endoscopic
camera, CO2 pneumoperitoneum machine, cold light source, display of the traditional endoscopic system were integrated into the
design, in which the endoscopic camera used ultra high definition 4K camera module丨 meanwhile, combined with the feasibility
analysis of the operating room case and the application practice of the hospital. Results Compared with the traditional endoscopic
system, the average time required by 4K integrated intelligent endoscopic system in partial hepatectomy, hysterectomy, radical
resection of esophageal cancer and partial pneumonectomy was reduced by 0.2, 0.5 and 1.3 h, respectively. The volume of the
endoscopic system was significantly smaller, the tiny lesions could be displayed accurately and effectively. The failure rate of the
system was reduced and the satisfaction was improved. Conclusion The application of 4K integrated intelligent endoscopic system
can not only meet the needs of surgery to a greater extent, improve the quality and efficiency of surgery, optimize the operation
environment, but also has important value for the treatment and prognosis of patients.
