Abstract:3D printing is based on the digital model file, which uses adhesive materials to make the object rapid prototyping layer-bylayer
by printing. With the development of material science, 3D printing technology has gradually been used in the fields of health
care and bio-information engineering. Based on the related reports, the clinical application of the 3D printing technique is associated
to the treatment of osteogenesis imperfecta patients. From the perspective of the symptomatic treatment, of a series of clinical features
such as fracture, spinal dislocation, traumatic arthritis, heart valve disease and deafness, the unique advantage of using 3D printing
technology to make equal ratio model and surgical equipment for adjuvant treatment are analyzed. Physicians deeply understanding
the 3D printing technology is a tool to start the treatment ideas of osteogenesis imperfecta and other bone diseases, and they know the
3D printing technology to make patients diagnosis on time and to reduce the disability rate and death rate of such diseases
