Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of pancreatic blood perfusion in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis, as well as the peak
value (PV) and peak time (PT) of pancreatic and abdominal aorta enhancement, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the selection
of the optimal enhancement phase of multi-phase enhanced pancreatic scanning in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods 30 cases
with hepatocirrhosis after hepatitis B and 57 normal controls were sampled and received CT perfusion imaging. The mean
pancreatic blood flow (PBF), pancreatic blood volume (PBV), permeability surface (PS), mean transit time(MTT), enhancement
peak value and peak time were measured and statistically analyzed. The difference values of PV and PT were calculated,
respectively. Results Compared with the Contrast Group, in the HC Group, the values of PBF [(94.47±18.31) mL/(100 g·min)],
PBV [(21.67±7.70) mL/100 g)] and PV [(116.93±26.28) Hu] were lower, while the value of MTT [(15.11±5.46) s] and the PT
difference [(7.60 ± 2.37) s] between pancreas and abdominal aorta was longer. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
The PV value of abdominal aorta in hepatitis B group showed a downward trend, and the PT value was relatively shortened, but there
was no statistical significance. Conclusion Under the state of hepatocirrhosis after hepatitis B, the microcirculation of pancreatic
tissue was damaged which made the decrease of blood perfusion and the peak value. The optimal enhancement time of pancreas was
about 7~8 s later than that of abdominal aorta, which was lagging behind compared with the normal people.
