Abstract:Objective To provide reference for operation management and other medical equipment planning and acquisition on the
basis of quantitative evaluation of the quality and economic benefits of the surgical robot purchased in our hospital by the fuzzy
comprehensive evaluation method. Methods Through expert estimation method, the target factor set, factor weight and evaluation
set were determined. The evaluation group was composed of relevant personnel from production and seller, clinical user, medical
equipment management and administrative departments. The comprehensive evaluation vector would be obtained when the fuzzy
judgment matrix was constructed through the questionnaire survey. Results After calculation, the evaluation vectors of the quality of
the surgical robot were (0.295, 0.55, 0.155, 0, 0), the evaluation vectors of economic benefits were (0.22, 0.42, 0.32, 0.01, 0), and the
comprehensive evaluation vectors of quality and economic benefits were (0.2575, 0.485, 0.2375, 0.005, 0). Conclusion According
to the principle of maximum membership, the quality and economic benefit of the surgical robot is good.
