Abstract:Objective To explore the value of Four-dimensional speckle tracking imaging (4D-STI) in evaluating left heart function
after PCI in acute myocardial infarction. Methods 33 patients with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) were collected and
divided into the preoperative group and the postoperative group, and 45 healthy volunteers were chosen as control group. Conventional
echocardiography and 4D-STI examinations were performed in the three groups respectively, and cardiac function parameters used
to evaluate left atrial and left ventricular were measured and compared in the three groups respectively. Results Compared with
the postoperative group and the control group, the difference of AMI PCI group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared
with the control group and the postoperative group, the LVEDD and the LVESD of the AMI PCI group were both increased, and the
LVEF decreased compared with the postoperative group and the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion 4D-STI technology can quantitatively evaluate the recovery of left atrial and left ventricular functions in patients with
acute myocardial infarction after PCI, providing theoretical basis for the evaluation of efficacy of PCI and the prognosis determination
of CHD). In addition, the left ventricular function of AMI patients can be restored to normal after timely and effective PCI treatment
