Abstract:Objective To improve the quality and safety management level of interventional consumables via constructing the whole
process risk prevention and control platform for intervention consumables. Methods The risk points and management points of
the whole process of using interventional consumables were analyzed, and the platform was built with the help of information
technology to optimize and improve the management of the whole process of using interventional consumables. Results The use of
the interventional risk prevention and control platform for consumables made the price of consumables drop by 33%, the inventory
error rate decreased by 31%, the retrospective risk decreased by 42%, and the department no longer used itself. Conclusion The
construction of risk prevention and control platform for interventional consumables has improved the use efficiency of consumables
and the key management level of risk links, and reached the strict control requirements focusing on medical security services.
