Design and Exploitation of Family Health Monitoring System Based on Intelligent Robot Platform

Abstract:Objective To provide special care for the elderly living alone and solve the challenges posed by the aging of the
population, the internet of things and intelligent robot technology-based home health monitoring system was developed. Methods
The health status of family members was detected by electrocardiogram sensor and heart rate sensor. Home environment data were
collected by temperature and humidity sensor, PM2.5 sensor, combustible gas sensor and flame sensor. Results High-precision
home environment data and family member physiological data could be collected by the system in real time. Moreover, the system’s
storage, analysis, and evaluation were highly interactive, and it was convenient to manage household appliances. Conclusion The
system realizes the control of household appliances, and provides assistance for the health management and life care of the elderly in
the community by accessing a large number of sensors, household appliances, and programming through the ESP8266.
