Abstract:In view of the absence of mechanical property test program of the titanium plate with loop at home and abroad, we
proposed an evaluation test method for the mechanical properties of the titanium plate with loop based on the clinical practice, the
structural characteristics of the titanium plate with loop and the risk points in the application of ligament reconstruction surgery.
The static mechanical and dynamic fatigue properties of the titanium plate with loop for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
in combination were studied. By simulating clinical, fixed fixture and traction fixture were designed, and static mechanical test
model was established. The dynamic fatigue test scheme was established by studying the dynamic fixture, test load, and cycle times.
Through researching the trend of deformation of the titanium plate with loop, the limit value of dynamic fatigue deformation should
not exceed 3 mm. The establishment of this model test scheme can effectively evaluate the safety of titanium plate with loop in
clinical use.
