Abstract：Objective To explore the biochemical analyzer source power attenuation indications to increase its accuracy. Methods The abnormal quality control results of ALT, ApoB, Lp(a), AMY and PA were tested, thus to study the relation between the attenuation and the results. Results When the power source attenuation occurs, compared to other testing items, the quality control test results of ALT, ApoB, Lp (a), AMY, PA will be significantly affected. Conclusion The five testing items could be applied as the biochemical analyzer source power attenuation indications, which can indicate the power attenuation, in order to replace the light source timely.
