Abstract：Objective Through the development of common consumables consumption supervision system, the use of common
consumables after the warehouse is monitored in real time, the nurse valuation and the use of common consumables are standardized, the
waste of common consumables is reduced, and the purpose of receiving and using is consistent with the valuation achieved.
Methods Using view mode, the related data of material management in hospital HIS system were extracted and analyzed,
and the supervision data and reports were formed. The medical staff checked the report and supervised the report in real time.
Results The developed system had the functions of consumable material consumption ranking, consumption of consumables and
consumption, the use of materials and the monitoring of price, so as to realize the fine management of ordinary medical consumables.
Conclusion The deployment of the system standardizes the use of ordinary c onsumables in the hospital, and makes up the short
board using the lack of supervision after the consumables are out of the library. The price of ordinary consumables in the hospital is
more standardized, and the quality of the hospital is built to a higher level.
