Abstract:In this paper, an automatic real-time rotating speed detection system was designed for the accurate detection of rotation
speed of the high-speed centrifuge. This system used STC89C52 microcontroller as the central control unit, Hall sensor for rotating
speed measurement, and wireless transmission module for data transmission. After data preprocessing, the speed result was finally
displayed on the screen in real time. The system adopted pulse counting method of Hall component to realize the data measurement
of the motor speed. It used the interrupt system of microcontroller combined with the wireless transmission module, used modular
programming method to design the software, and realized the output and display of whole digital signal. Compared with the
traditional detection method, it has the advantages of stable output signal, high frequency response, strong anti-interference ability
and high detection accuracy.
