Abstract:A rapid warming control system for mobile CT system was developed in order to implement the quick start of CT system under the low-temperature environment. With the application of the system, the surface temperature of the high-voltage generator tank of CT system was measured with an infrared non-contact detector to calculate the difference value between the measured temperature and preset temperature. Then the STM32 single chip micyoco of the system was used to control the heating process of the electric heater so that the temperature of the high-voltage generator tank would rise quickly to meet the minimum temperature requirement for supporting the operation of CT system. Thus the time expended during the process from the device start to the initial exposure of CT system was shortened to half an hour from two hours, which indicated that the system can effectively shorten the readiness time of CT shelter and ensure the timeliness of emergency work during wars and disasters.
