Abstract:Objective This paper aimed to standardize the distribution management assessment of hospital centralized rental
equipment, and to improve the capacity and efficiency of delivery service. Methods Based on the PDCA method and practical
situation in our hospital, we made improvement for the delivery timeliness of hospital concentrated leasing equipment following the
basic steps: group ringing, theme selecting, planning, situation confirming, goals setting and analyzing, cuntermeasures proposing,
implementing and discussing, results confirming, standardization, reviewing and improving, et al. Results Through the eightmonth
QCC activities, the effective delivery rate of leasing equipment upgraded from 73.85% to 91.42%. The rate of progress was
23.79%. After the standardization, the standard of leasing distribution management, and assessment system was formed. Conclusion
QCC activities have a significant effect on improving the effective delivery rate of hospital centralized leasing equipment.
