Abstract:In order to facilitate the use of PC to test and adjust medical equipment, the present performed
a research based on the existing computer serial communication technology. In this study, the commonly
used interface circuit RS232 of the PC and the transistor-transistor logic interface circuit of Siemens
medical equipment were chosen to conduct this research. The conversion and signal matching of them
were described and designed in detail. Finally, an interface circuit that could connected PC with Siemens
device was designed, and PT510 simulation software was used to test and adjust the interface circuit in
Siemens device. In a word, this design can successfully solve the connecting problem between the PC and
the medical device. The clinical maintenance engineer can detect the equipment at any time via loading
the simulation software into the PC, which makes the detection and maintenance more conveniently and
quickly.
