Abstract:In order to effectively prevent the leakage of the pancreatic fluid during pancreati co
d uode nectomy, this study took methyl vinyl silicone rubber as main material and prepares a
pancreaticojejunostomy anastomat for clinical application. Through one step vulcanization molding with
pre-embedded titanium nails, using silicone rubber as matrix, adding vulcanizing agent and reinforcing
filling, etc., the thermal property, mechanical property and chemical resistance property of the anastomat
were analyzed. Results showed that when quality loss was 5%, the corresponding temperature of
anastomat was 429.9℃. The breaking elongation rate and tensile strength decreased only 25.6% and
2.3% after enduring in 280℃ hot air for 6 h. The maximum quality loss was only 5.63% after soaking in
the distilled water, 3% dioxygen water, 75% alcohol, hydrochloric acid (pH=0.8) and sadium hydroxide
solution (pH=9) respectively. By using pancreaticojejunostomy anastomat, the fibrin hyperplasia between
pancreas and intestinal wall will be promoted, normal blood circulation of duodenum and pancreas will
also be enhanced, thus established the experimental basis for reducing operation difficulty, shortening
surgery time and achieving high operative success rate.
