Abstract:VOLVO 9300 models were selected in this paper for modification of two sides of the trunk and
chassis, design of the medical equipment power supply and air conditioning system, and optimal design
of the specialized equipment and self-locking device so as to meet the needs of medical support under the
condition of modernization. As a result, the second generation of mobile digital field dental vehicle was
designed successfully. The device was reasonable in its overall structure layout design, made effective
use of the car and space in the two sides and optimized the installation, fixation and placement of the
equipment, thus making the use of equipment easy and reliable. Meanwhile, the device was featured with
medical support capability and field performance, and provided a reliable digital oral medical security
technology platform for the army.
