Abstract:The PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Adapt) cycle management was adopted in this paper to make
an analysis of GE 16 row helical CT tube replacement situation and discuss the factors from multiple
aspects, including the tube use time, computer room environment, maintenance and multi-location
scanning number. Additionally, the relevant supervision solutions were also formulated. Continuous
improvement effectively extended the service life of the CT tube, which not only improved the efficiency
of the use of CT machine, but also saves the hospital maintenance expenditure and achieved good social
benefits.
