on the Finite State Machine

Abstract:This paper discussed the application conditions of three character set of UCC/EAN-128
barcode and switch of three encoding models, based on the theory of finite state machine. It also showed
the transformation processing from the information string to encoding string and designed a linked
list for storage of encoding strings, which made it convenient to draw barcode patterns and calculate
check codes. The module was well applied in the clinical blood management system of the hospital and
achieved excellent effectiveness.
