Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of mammary gland blood oxygen detection in diagnosing breast cancer. Methods 45 patients with breast lumps were detected with blood oxygen detection and color Doppler ultrasound, and the results were compared. Results The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of breast blood oxygen detection were 91.1%, 92.3%, and 89.4%, respectively. The accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of Color Doppler examination were 80.0%, 76.9% and 84.2%, respectively. There were no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Blood oxygen detection with high accuracy, sensitivity and specificity has a high diagnosis value for breast cancer. Breast cancer can be effectively diagnosed by the combination of blood oxygen detection and color Doppler ultrasound.
