Abstract：As a service website, Nanjing Health 12320 website can provide the following services for
the whole city: appointment register, query of the test results and electronic health records, mental health
consultation. Taking Nanjing Health 12320 website as an example, this paper expounds the process of grading
the level of information security protection, and then puts forward the key points and several thoughts on the
construction of grading protection.
