Abstract:Objective To develop a new-type indoor adaptive composite positioning system for tracking and locating the position of the mobile medical equipment as well as the calculation of the use of the equipment so as to improve its use efficiency. Methods In combination with the electricity requirement of mobile medical equipment, the power line communication technique was introduced for indoor positioning. Meanwhile, the mainstream wireless location technique was used for auxiliary location. Results The proposed method had a good performance in its stability and real-time acquisition of the location of medical equipment, and could effectively enhance the accuracy of indoor positioning. Conclusion The proposed method could effectively solve the problem of medical equipment indoor positioning in the hospital.
