Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of application of IQ·SPECT (Single-Photon Emission Computed Tomography) and LEHR·SPECT on myocardial perfusion imaging. Methods The phantom of myocardial was used for comparison between IQ·SPECT and LEHR·SPECT after routine acquisition and image reconstruction. Then, the influence of application of different acquisition time on the quality of images was analyzed. Results With the extension of the acquisition time for each frame, the noise of the reconstructed image was reduced gradually, and the percentage of the radioactivity in the cooling zone was also decreased gradually. For the phantom image with same acquisition time, IQ·SPECT demonstrated superiority over LEHR·SPECT in its smaller image noise and percentage of the radioactivity in the cooling zone. Conclusion For myocardial perfusion imaging, application of IQ·SPECT could obtain higher-quality images with high-efficiency acquisition.
