Abstract:Objective To study clinical CT scanning conditions that are most suitable for the experiment of iodinated oil nanoemulsion dual-modal contrast agents in mice. Methods Mice were subjected to multiple scanning by adjusting tube voltage, tube current and slice thickness of CT. Images of liver in different scanning conditions were observed and evaluated by using double blind method. Results The best scan condition was gained: tube voltage 80 kV, tube current 100 mAs, slice thickness 1 mm. Conclusion On this condition, mice were scanned after injection of iodine oil nanoemulsion dual-modal contrast agents, and enhanced images of mice were improved effectively. The best scanning condition can meet the requirements of the experiment of Iodinated oil nanoemulsion contrast agents in mice.
