Abstract:Objective In order to solve the problems such as the communication lag of medical equipment and poor equipment
management ability of existing technology, to propose a method based on 5G mobile communication technology in medical
equipment management to improve the data information communication ability. Methods Based on 5G communication technology,
transport layer security was integrated to encrypt the transmitted data. Combined with WebRTC technology, it could realize remote
video call and consultation. The outlier detection algorithm was used to process the data and improve the information retrieval ability
of communication data. The network fluctuation detection module was added to reduce the impact of network fluctuations during
remote access. Results By recording the frequency of remote video, network fluctuation and the frequency of triggering the network
acceleration module of a medical institution from January to October of a certain year, the system kept the target characteristic error
below 2%, which was very stable and applicable during the system operation. Conclusion The system greatly reduces the pressure
of the system host, has higher working efficiency and lower error rate and fluctuation rate, and can meet the requirements of remote
medical and remote first aid.
