Abstract:Objective To improve the marketing quality of electronic thermometer by analyzing the influence of the measured body
parts, internal thermal conductivity and external environment on the temperature measurement process, and summarizing evaluation
and inspection requirements of electronic thermometer. Methods The finite element method was used to model and simulate
based on the principle of double channel heat flow model in this paper, and then the influence of three factors (body temperature
measurement parts, product internal thermal conductivity, external environment interference) on the temperature measurement
process was analyzed. Results The simulation results showed that the thicker the fat at the measurement parts, the worse the internal
thermal conductivity, and the worse the thermal insulation design could increase the temperature measurement time. Conclusion The
inspectors should pay attention to the verification documents during the on-site inspection, and focus on the raw materials, structural
design, thermal insulation design. The reviewers should judge the impact of the measurement parts on body temperature estimation,
the impact of internal thermal conductivity on the temperature measurement time, and the impact of the external environment on the
accuracy and repeatability based on the on-site inspection.
