Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of Me-3D sequence dynamic enhancement scan in sciatic nerve imaging of amputated patients. Methods 47 amputated patients treated in our hospital from February 2010 to April 2013 were chosen. All the patients have their pelvic segments and lower limb nerves examined by routine scan combined enhancement scan, 3D T2 fat-suppression scan and Me-3D sequence dynamic enhancement scan. Results Comparing with routine scan combined enhancement scan and 3D T2 fat suppression scan, Me-3D sequence dynamic enhancement scan owns the advantages of higher detection rate of sciatic nerve lesion and clearer images. Conclusion Me-3D sequence dynamic enhancement scan which can clearly show sciatic nerves is important for the diagnosis and treatment of sciatic neuropathy.
