Development of a Device for Portable Fat Storage with High Efficiency Refrigeration

Abstract:Objective To develop a portable fat storage device with high refrigeration efficiency in view of the shortcomings of
the original technical scheme (“fat storage system 1”) of our research group. Methods A portable fat storage device with efficient
refrigeration function ( “fat storage system 2”) was designed to integrate fat storage components and refrigeration components,
without the need to transport cooling water through a hose, and analyze the temperature control effect. Results The simulators of
thermostat was made for comparative test. When the ambient temperature was 16.2℃ and the rated power of the refrigerator was 50 W, the
simulator of “fat storage system 1” could not cool the water down to 4℃, while the simulator of “fat storage system 2” could cool
the water down to 4℃ and showed a good constant temperature effect. Conclusion The improved fat storage device “fat storage
system 2” provided in this paper has higher refrigeration efficiency than “fat storage system 1”, and the device is compact in structure
and easy to move.
