Abstract:Objective To use the PDCA cycle method to manage the first aid and life support equipment and ensure the integrity
rate of the first aid and life support equipment. Methods The fishbone diagram was used to analyze the problems in the existing
management of emergency and life support equipment in our hospital, and the corresponding management strategies were proposed.
Results After the use of PDCA management measures, the integrity rate of first aid and life support equipment has increased from
80% to 100%, and the failure rate of monitors has decreased from 80% to 30%. Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle method to
manage emergency and life support equipment is conducive to improving the integrity rate of emergency and life support equipment,
and has important practical significance for ensuring the daily treatment level of hospitals.
