Abstract:Objective To discuss the rationality monitoring and management of medical consumables in clinical application based on
big data review. And to further improve the management process and control the unreasonable increase of medical consumables cost.
Methods By means of information technology, a medical consumables application management system was established. Through
the monitoring and analysis of data in the process of use, combined with big data evidence-based, real-time tracking function has
been realized and reasonable control has been carried out. Results Through rational use monitoring and analysis management, the
average material cost of joint materials was controlled at 55600 yuan, down 6.24% year on year; and the cost of laparoscopic surgical
materials was controlled at 1822.05 yuan, down 33.98% year on year. It can effectively avoid unreasonable increase of cost and
make clinical application more reasonable. Conclusion The results show that through the evidence-based application analysis of
big data, the relevant measures are in line with the current needs of the refined management of medical consumables and rational
application monitoring.
