Abstract：Objective To discuss and analyze the application, efficiency and accuracy of information-based closed-loop management
in the distribution of sterile articles. Methods The information-based closed-loop management was implement for the disinfection
supply center, the information on recycling, cleaning, packaging, sterilization, and distribution of reused items were conducted closedloop
management. And then compared the changes in the error rate and accuracy of sterile items before and after the implementation
of information-based closed-loop management. Results Compared with the control group, the packaging qualification rate, biological
testing qualification rate and label qualification rate in the test group were significantly different (P<0.05). The total error rate in the
control group was 0.28% (57/20138) was significantly lower than the total error rate in the control group was 1.51% (298/19731),
and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion By establishing the information-based closed-loop management
system of recycling-cleaning-packaging-sterilization-distribution-use, it can effectively improve the quality of disinfection and
sterilization, reduce the distribution error rate, control the occurrence of nosocomial infections, and make the work of the disinfection
supply center more efficient.
