Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of MRI based on TIM technique in multiple myeloma detection. Methods 27 patients with multiple myeloma confirmed by histopathology were examined by Siemens 3.0T MR to obtain coronal and sagittal sectional images. Then the images were recombined by Composing software affiliated to Siemens 3.0T MR. Results The recombined images with the features of large field and wide image range can intuitively display invaded extension and invasive depth of the lesions. Conclusion MRI examination based on TIM technique not only can comprehensively evaluate the conditions of patients with multiple myeloma, but also can speed up the checking process and improve the turnover rate of patients. In a word, it has good economic and social benefits.
