Abstract:The design process of a temperature-controlled peritoneal lavage device which mainly consists of the temperature-controlled flusher and collection device for free cancer cells based on non-tumor technique is introduced in this paper. The temperature-controlled flusher can provide sterile saline and distilled water with precise temperature for peritoneal lavage. The collection device for free cancer cells can collect the washed liquid and free cancer cells for pathologic examination. The device can provide washing water with proper temperature and flow velocity for peritoneal lavage and is helpful to the pathological examination. Thus the device can provide reference information for patients’ prognosis and subsequent treatment.
