Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of whole brain perfusion imaging with 320-row dynamic volume CT in the diagnosis of craniocerebral diseases. Methods 88 patients who suffered from craniocerebral diseases were performed with 320-row dynamic volume CT scan and and 46 patients who suffered from craniocerebral diseases were performed with 64 row helical CT scan respectively. And then the dose length product (DLP) and effective dose (ED) of the two groups were compared. Results The average ED of 88 patients performed with 320-row dynamic volume CT scan was (3.28±0.36) mSv, and that of 46 patients performed with 64 row helical CT scan was (10.15±0.59) mSv. Conclusion The whole brain perfusion imaging with 320-row dynamic volume CT has the advantages of high image quality and low effective dose and is worthy to be promoted.
