Abstract：50 dialysis machines in our hospital are evenly divided into two groups, regular maintenance group and individual maintenance group. Then the failure rates from January 2012 to December 2013, as well as maintenance frequencies and maintenance costs of equipment for more than 5 years have been retrospectively analyzed and compared. The results indicate that individual maintenance can effectively reduce maintenance frequency and maintenance costs, so as to increase economic benefit.
