Abstract:Objective To develop a medical removable oxygen supply system with high pressure which is suitable for medical on-site first-aid to satisfy the oxygen supply of single anesthesia machine and meet the requirement of simultaneous oxygen inhalation for multiple people. Methods Based on the comprehensive utilization of PSA (Pressure Swing Absorption)technology, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology and miniature air compressor technology, three-dimensional structure of the system was designed with Pro/E modeling software and manufactured according to the requirements of YY/T0298-1998 and other national standards. Results The system whose flow rate is 10 L/min owns multiple advantages such as advanced design, reasonable structure, excellent production, convenient movement. The system which can meet the portable requirements is suitable for oxygen supply and medical on-site first-aid of medical institutions in remote and undeveloped areas. Conclusion The system may play an important role in the first-aid in the field.
