Abstract:This article reviewed two cases of conductivity related troubles of dialysate of B.Braun Dialog+ series hemodiafiltration
machines, which was the long time of dialysate matching in the self inspection and “over carbonic acid mixure ratio limit” “over
total conductivity limit” or “carbonic acid conductance overrun” in the treatment process, occurred occasionally. By observing the
equipment operation parameters, step by step investigation from simple to difficult. Finally, it was determined that the fault was
caused by the impurity signal transmission disorder on the surface of air separation chamber probe and balance chamber solenoid
valve. After cleaning, the fault was resolved. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the same process to deal with
similar difficult faults.
