Abstract:Objective To solve the problem of mucosal wound exposure during endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) operation,
a magnetic hydrogel assisted ESD surgery was designed based on magnetic anchor technique. Methods The key factors affecting
mucosal exposure in ESD surgery were analyzed. Based on the accumulation of previous studies on magnetic surgery, the magnetic
hydrogel mucosal injection was proposed, and the external anchoring magnet traction was given at the same time in order to realize
the scheme of wound exposure in mucosal excision. A preliminary experiment was carried out on its anchoring force. Results The
results of in vitro simulation showed that the anchoring magnet could provide sufficient anchoring force on the skin injected with
magnetic hydrogel after subcutaneous injection of magnetic hydrogel, and the magnetic hydrogel could concentrate well on the
injection site. Conclusion Magnetic hydrogel mucosal injection based on the principle of magnetic anchoring technique can assist
the exposure of mucosal wound in ESD operation and has great clinical application value.
