Abstract:Objective According to the principle of magnetic anchor technique, the related instruments were designed to
assist gastrojejunostomy under endoscope. Methods This paper analyzed the technical bottleneck existing in endoscopic
gastrojejunostomy, and put forward an endo-luminal magnetic anchor assisted gastrojejunostomy design. Results An
electromagnetic and liquid-magnetic coupling gastrointestinal anchoring puncture scheme was proposed. The electromagnetic device
was put in the stomach under endoscope, and the liquid magnetic field was transported through the catheter in the jejunum. The
magnetic field force could be adsorbed after the electromagnetic device was electrified. The gastric wall and intestinal wall were
closely attached, which provided a target for the establishment of gastrojejunal puncture under the endoscope, and greatly improved
the safety of the puncture. In vitro simulation results showed that the magnetic force could meet the practical needs. Conclusion
Electromagnetic-liquid magnetic coupling endo-luminal anchoring technique can improve the targeting and safety of endoscopic
gastrojejunostomy and solve the technical bottleneck of endoscopic gastrojejunostomy.
