Analysis of the Fault Mode of the Probe of Medical Ultrasonic Equipment

Abstract:Objective In order to prevent, find, analyze, correct and evaluate the reliability of medical ultrasonic equipment. Methods We
collected the fault data of the probe in the clinical use of medical ultrasonic equipment. The fault data of the ultrasonic probe were
classified through the expert consensus, and then the fault patterns were mined, and the fault rules of different types of probes were
compared and analyzed. Results The failure rate of the channel sensitivity deficiency and weak fault of the probe of different models
was statistically significant, with the highest failure probability of the probe model 8L-RS and the lowest failure probability of the
probe model IC5-9-D. The failure rate of lens fracture of probes of different types was statistically significant, with the highest failure
probability of probe model E8C and the lowest failure probability of probe model 9L-D. The cracking failure rate of probe shell of
different models was statistically significant, with the highest failure probability of probe model E8CS and the lowest failure
probability of probe model IC5-9-D. Conclusion The sensor failure mode analysis for medical ultrasonic equipment risk
priority number set model provides a reference basis, for medical ultrasonic equipment reliability analysis laid a foundation
to complete the periodic law of different types of sensor fault analysis of for the management of medical equipment department and
clinical departments, and other relevant departments to provide a reference basis for making decisions.
