Abstract:Objective To study the quality assurance content scheme and quality control test method of domestic accelerator image
guidance system: EPID. Methods The secure collision chain, system motion, geometric accuracy, registration accuracy, and image
quality of the image guidance system: EPID were verified using verification phantoms and tools. Results The safety chain and
system movement of EPID were normal. The errors of geometric accuracy, registration accuracy, and imaging quality were ≤±2 mm or
better than the manufacturer’s recommended standards and requirements. Conclusion By selecting the appropriate quality assurance and
quality control of EPID, it can play an important role in the auxiliary position verification position in clinical radiotherapy.
