Abstract:In view of the failure of the scanning bed and the failure of the positioning lamp of the scanning rack, we analyzed
the driving circuit principle of the scanning bed of Optima660 CT, and found out the fault cause. The fault was caused by GTCB
short circuit of the control board caused by unknown liquid. In order to prevent the bed plate from pressing on the scanning frame,
the GTCB of the bed control board should be replaced and a series of debugging and calibration should be carried out. After that, the
high and low limit position of the bed and the automatic stroller position should be adjusted. After solving the fault by the method
mentioned in this paper, the CT machine works normally.
