Abstract:Objective In this study, the maintenance data of high frequency electric unit in our hospital from 2012 to 2017 were
selected to predict the failure trend of high frequency electric unit. Effective quality control measures were taken to reduce the
failure rate of high frequency electric unit. Methods The maintenance data of high frequency electrotome from 2012 to 2016 were
summarized and its failure trend was predicted. The reliability of maintenance data of high frequency electrotome was analyzed
by using Laplace transform, and the fault trend of high frequency electrotome was verified. According to the fault trend, fault
characteristics and fault causes, medical engineering and technology department personnel carried out quality control, preventive
maintenance and quality inspection of high-frequency electric knives. Results When significant levels were set to α=0.05, zα/2=1.96,
the Laplace transform value of high frequency electrotome maintenance data was LA=9.81, LA>zα/2, the total fault amount of high
frequency electrotome in 2017 increased. The medical engineering technology department formulated operation procedures, adopted
operation training, quality inspection and preventive maintenance measures, which reduced the number of failures of high-frequency
electric knives in 2017. Conclusion Through the analysis of the maintenance data of high frequency electrotome, the fault features
and fault causes are determined, and the targeted quality control scheme is implemented, which can effectively reduce the failure rate
of high frequency electrotome and ensure the safety and effectiveness of high frequency electrotome.
