Abstract:Objective A fundus angiography system based on MATLAB was designed to achieve the purpose of treating fundus
angiography. Methods A fundus angiography imaging system was designed by using MATLAB software image processing toolbox
and interactive GUI control. Results This paper presented a fundus angiography imaging system based on MATLAB, which focused
on the algorithms of gray scale transformation, histogram equalization, histogram normalization and edge detection. Conclusion
Through the fundus angiography imaging system, the contrast of the fundus angiography image is improved and the noise disturbance
is reduced to improve the quality of fundus angiography. It provides a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis of ophthalmologists.
