Abstract:Objective To develop ventilator risk warning management software for real time monitoring risk of the ventilator in
clinic use, and reducing the incidence of adverse events. Methods According to the risk factors determined by damage severity
and BP neural network, risk evaluation was carried out. Then the Matlab was applied to design the graphical user interface and the
warning information was displayed based on the back-end data of SQL Serever 2008. Results After setting up the modules of system
maintenance, risk early warning, information inquiry and information input, the software achieved the function of ventilator risk
warning in clinic use. Conclusion This software meets the actual requirement of the clinic and can remind equipment managers to
control risk, which will reduce the incidence of adverse events and promote the quality of health care.
