Abstract:Objective Design a set of programmable controller to control the hospital negative pressure
center system, and to keep the negative pressure value stable at -0.06 MPa. Methods MITSUBISHI
FX2N series programmable controller was introduced to conduct the research. PLC programming
procedures and incremental PID instruction module were used to control the gas tank pressure. The
ACS 510 ABB series inverter was jointed to perform the soft starting and regulate the speed of variable
frequency. Results The negative pressure system could automatically control the pressure value.
Meanwhile, it could give an alarm when there was something wrong, and could switch the manual
control and automatic control freely. The vacuum pump could carry out soft starting. In addition, it was
energy saving and noise reduction. Conclusion The system of the negative pressure of hospital center
based on incremental PID control is simple, which has strong anti-jamming capacity. It can ensure the
stable operation of the negative pressure system, and provide a strong guarantee for clinical.
