Abstract:This paper analyzed the faults of gradient water cooler and database in the process of using GE Signa HDe 1.5 T magnetic
resonance in detail, and put forward the specific troubleshooting methods and solutions. Two cases of fault were studied deeply, and
the self-maintenance method was adopted to clarify the fault cause. In view of the fracture fault of the internal motor linkage joint
of the gradient water cooler, the size of the accessory was measured and processed by OEM or 3D printing technology and replaced.
In view of the database fault, the user’s login name was changed to enter the root mode, so as to break through the limitation of the
manufacturer’s maintenance key, and solve the fault after rebuilding the database. Scientific and effective maintenance methods are
adopted to solve the faults timely and effectively with the minimum cost, which not only has low cost, short time consuming and high
efficiency, but also greatly improves the maintenance level and practical ability of engineers. At the same time, it provides a reference
for peers to repair such faults.
