Abstract:Objective Design a medical equipment sharing management platform that combines efficient management of emergency
equipment with shared deployment of clinical departments, optimize the integration of existing medical resources with big data, and
realize the entire process management of the use of emergency equipment. Methods Based on the existing internal network of our
hospital, analyze and establish five major modules such as employee information management, equipment information management,
and cost information management based on requirements. Based on the C/S architecture and PHP+Mysql integration environment,
independently develop and design and implement shared management of medical equipment. Results Through practical application
and testing of daily shared service management of emergency equipment in Jizhong Energy Fengfeng General Hospital, the system
can optimize the hospital equipment management process, greatly improve the efficiency of equipment management staff, and save
clinical departments cumulatively. There are more than 20 full-time personnel, the highest increase in equipment utilization rate is
120%, the overall failure rate has dropped by 29%, and the hospital has saved more than 2.2 million yuan in funds. Conclusion The use of
intelligent management system combined with the shared deployment of medical equipment can significantly increase the utilization
rate of our hospital’s equipment. Information management is an inevitable result of the refined development of the hospital.
