Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between the fetures of conventional ultrasound combined with ultrasound
elastography in breast cancer and Toll-Like Receptor 9 (TLR9), Human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (Her-2), Estrogen
Receptor (ER). Methods A total of 176 patients with breast cancer of the Affiliated Hongqi Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical
University admitted from January 2017 to December 2018 were evaluated. Conventional ultrasound and ultrasound elastography
were performed before surgery or pathological biopsy and scored. The positive expressions of TLR9, Her-2 and ER were detected by
immunohistochemical staining. The correlation between ultrasound signs and the expressions of TLR9, Her-2 and ER was analyzed.
Results Tumor size, shape, microcalcification, blood supply, lymphatic metastasis, and elastic score were correlated with TLR9
(P<0.05)| Tumor shape, margin, microcalcification, blood supply, lymphatic metastasis were correlated with Her-2 (P<0.05)| Shape,
margin, lymphatic metastasis and ER (P<0.05). Conclusion The ultrasound characteristics of breast cancer have a certain correlation
with the positive expression of TLR9, Her-2 and ER. Combined detection can improve the accuracy of breast cancer diagnosis.
