Abstract:Objective To develop the strategies for enhancing measure precision of ventilation parameters by analyzing the
influence factors in the quality control of ventilator. Methods The incorrect detection ventilation parameters among 163 tests
of 34 ventilators from 2015 to 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. Fish-bone chart method was used to analyze the reasons for
inaccurate results of ventilator quality control in terms of ventilator and accessories, ventilator analyzer, inspector and detection
environment. Results The checklist of ventilator quality control was made based on the analysis results, making the inaccurate
results in the quality control test of ventilator reduced from 4 to 0 annually. Besides that, based on internet of things technology, the
automatic collection and analysis of ventilator quality control test data was realized to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the
test data. Conclusion The management of the ventilator quality control process by fishbone diagram analysis method can effectively
ensure the accuracy of ventilation parameters of the ventilator and ensure the efficient and reliable detection process.
