Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of medical equipment maintenance model transformation and analyze the weight contribution of
interventions. Methods The more frequently used multi-parameter monitors in the hospital were selected as the research object, and
after controlling the other influencing factors, the number of maintenance times, maintenance costs, fault composition and user satisfaction
were assessed between the traditional maintenance mode group (control group) and the “value management” maintenance mode group(case
group) within two years. Based on Delphi method and AHP, the paper analyzed the weight contribution of each intervention to the booting/
failure rate of equipment as well. Results The number of maintenance times, maintenance costs and human failure rate of equipment
in experimental group decreased obviously, and the satisfaction of users was higher than that of control group. Equipment management and
preventive maintenance were interventions that had a greater impact on the booting/failure rate of equipment. Conclusion The medical
equipment “value management mode” is superior to the traditional “value maintenance” mode, and the analysis of the weight
contribution of intervention measures is of reference to the equipment management work.
